OEM Cummins Alternator Question

The 4003445 alternator is the OEM Cummins alternator directly from Cummins.

The 19020375 is a Delco-Remy alternator that is the equivalent to the Cummins version.  There is a core charge connected to the aftermarket version.  If you send me back your old alternator you would get the core charge back.

Delco Remy makes the alternator for Cummins, but according to Cummins they give special specifications to Delco to make the alternator. I have talked to Delco people in the past and while they don't disagree, I never get the feeling that they fully support this statement.

The Cummins OEM version is about a 3-5 days and the Delco aftermarket is about a week out.  I can hurry up either alternator, but it would increase the price a bit as it becomes an emergency order (about $75 more).
