Is there a conversion to make the OMC Cobra outdrive a Counter-rotating prop outdrive (such as Volvo's Duo Prop)?
Your 1995 OMC Cobra was really manufactured by Volvo Penta for OMC and was called an SX-C (single prop) or
a DP-S (dual prop).
So any SX-M or DPS-M upper or lower unit will fit and work on your existing set up.
You could change your existing SX-C (OMC Cobra or sometimes called a SX-Cobra) lower unit into a dual prop
by just replacing the lower unit of the drive with a DPS-M. You would probably want to make the dual prop
into a 1.95:1 or a 2:15:1 depending upon what the ratio of the SX-C is.
