120S sail drive question

You didn't mention the ratio of your 120S saildrive, but the attached quote is the same whether you have the 2.19 or the 2.47:1 ratio.

Volvo Penta replaces the 120 saildrive with the 130 saildrive.  If the serial number of the sail drive is below 3101089439 then  you need all the parts in the attached quote.

If your serial number is above 3101089439 then you need to just replace the saildrive and the coupler (3885414).

Although the 120S saildrive is no longer offered by Volvo Penta I do have a good used one for $6,450.
