Paint MUST Ship by Ground Question
Hello Sir:
We can not overnight or 2nd day paint. Due to federal regulations paint cannot go by airplane so it has to go by ground. This regulation has been around for about ten years or so ever since that plane went down in the Florida everglades and it was determined that empty (or partially empty) paint containers were the cause.
